I submitted all the relevant information 1 month ago. How can this take that long?
Getting really frustrated with the problem solving mentality from Huawei.

Any chance of returning the headphones directly through you? Because of the problem itself and the way how the claim is handled I really lost the interest in this product.

Myn stopped working so I sent them to fix,
Right now using another freebuds of my friend, with his s8 plus there is no delay, but with my mate 20 pro I have a huge delay.

What is the reason..

Same, no problem with one plus. Delay was only with p30 pro

What about the fact that the problem is with the mate 20 pro and not the freebuds?

Ofc no solution.
1000$ Huawei phone against my op5 but audio lag makes every buds unable to use.
