Let me start by saying that this is my personal opinion and is very subjective.
I have owned the mate 10 pro since its launch and it replaced my P9. I've had no issues with the 10 and found battery life to past a whole day and that's what really matters.

I now have the mate 20 pro and would like to state how I see it in compares.

Full specs at the end of the post.

The 20s screen is stunning, larger and more vibrant a real joy to use.

I found the battery on the 20 to last a day no problem with over 6 hours screen time. I can't ever see myself wirelessly charging another phone other than to boast to friends.

The 20s fingerprint scanner is on screen works every time and works through my added screen protector.

The only downside is when I first grip the phone I forget which way is up! The mate 10s fingerprint scanner also acted as a subconscious reference point.

The AI on the 20 is next level star wars with unreal functions I'm still getting my head around.

Animations are quick and Huawei OS skin is now more refined but I was always a fan.

Here is some side by side comparisons of the camera. The difference is the mate 20 was set to 40MP and the 10 on 20MP. The mate 20 fitted more in the frame and focused quicker every time.

Obviously, the lenses on the mate 20 now have optical zoom, wide angle etc as I'm sure you are aware. The mate 20 is on the left
