I have tried charging it for an hour (it was fully charged before it stopped working), I have tried various hard resets for hours (volume up with on switch for over a minute, volume down with on switch for over a minute, just the on switch for over a minute). Still will not start.

I recommend that you contact the support team directly as your devices might have to be sent to our service department for a more hands-on approach.
