I would love some feedback and possibly any solutions, I have tried resetting them but nothing has changed, cleared my Bluetooth cache, tried them with another device and the problem persists, I've cleaned them a little and have numerously tried disconnecting and reconnecting them to my phone (p20 pro) but the volume remains practically absent

Welcome on the community. Sorry to see that your Freebuds are not working properly. Have you tried unpairing and resetting them?
