Emergency calls only P20 Pro

I have a P20 Pro bought in December, suddenly yesterday it went to emergency calls only, I have spent all day with 02 who have done all the diagnostics resetting everything plus inserting new sim card but nothing works, they advised it must be a faulty handset, how do I get this exchanged and looking at some of the forums this looks like a common problem with huawei phones.

buy a sim from another network they are 99p in most corner shops.

If it still doesn't work ie get a signal then if you open your phone when on wifi and use the hicare applicaton you can access support and create a support request within the app.

They basically give you a ticket number, send you a jiffy bag, you post it off and they repair and return.

If you bought it in December your retailer according to your UK consumer rights should replace your handset , dont be fobbed off with them stating to contact the manufacturer.
