Huawei Y6 Contacts group

I have an Huawei 2017 Y6. I have not been able to set a group in contacts as the option does not show when I tap on contacts. I have reset my phone but this did not fix the problem. what can I do?

Hello, try....


Create a Contact:

Launch “Contacts”
Go to “All contacts” and tap “+”
Select a method for storing or syncing the contact
Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

Launch “Contacts”
Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
Select to “Import from SIM” “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
Go to “Widgets”
Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
When prompted, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets for additional contacts on the home screen. You can organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one and dropping it over another.

Remove Contacts:

Launch “Contacts”
Access “All contacts”
Tap the contact you want to remove
Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
Press “Delete” > “OK”

Reset the Call Log:

Launch “Phone”
Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
Select a call log entry to view more details
To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
Tap “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group:

Open “Contacts” and go to “All contacts”
Tap “+”
Tap “Group name” > “Create a new group”
Enter the desired group name
Press “OK”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

Open “Contacts”
Go to “All contacts”
Tap and hold the contact you want to add to the group
Tap “Edit” > “Group name”
Select the desired caller group and press “Back”
