No network problem

Hello,
My phone 'Nova 3i' is unable to detect a signal, and it shows "No service" on the top of the screen. I've tried reseting the network, i've removed the SIM card and put it back, but nothing worked. I've also put my SIM card in my phone's friend and it worked. I don't know what to do, I can't call or send texts.
Thank you in advance !

Hello,
I also can't select a network manually, the network search fails !

maybe it is the antenna inside the phone that is loose. Your best option is to take it back where you had bought it from or contact huawei support:
https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/ and click on "After-sales services" or call 08000 886 700. They may be closed today as its a bank holiday.

Hope this helps!
PS. have you recently updated your phone EMUI? is your phone blacklisted?

Hi @jaberfi96,

That doesn't sound good! Thank you for letting us know what you already tried. Have you tried your friends simcard in your device?

Hi,
try calling from a different number to see if it rings.
sometimes the network coverage shown can be misleading. give it a try.
if that does not work then the sim pins inside the phone might be damaged/faulty
Hello @drhouse,
Thank you for replying,
I've also tried that, the phone sadly doesn't ring,
This problem happened three weeks ago, but after 4 hours everything was fine. But now, it's been 5 days without a signal !
