P8 Lite cannot connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth


HI, apologies if this issue has been previously discussed. My P8 Lite phone will not connect to either wifi or Bluetooth. The buttons are greyed-out and cannot be turned on. This just happened today, it has been fine up to now. I tried a soft reset but the problem persists. My phone is about 3 years old. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi @Jessica ! I'm sorry to hear your P8 Lite won't connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. As you mentioned that both of them are greyed-out, this seems to be a problem with the antenna. If you already tried factory resetting your device and the issue persisted, this will require sending your device to our service center to have it inspected and repaired. As device is out of warranty (as you mentioned is 3 years old), I would suggest you contact our support time for further instructions.
