I can't find the fingerprint in my p20pro settings.

I think the fingerprint area may be damaged, or the static electricity caused by fingerprint software work. You can try the following common methods:
1, restart, the omnipotent method can solve many problems;
2, restore all settings: set > System> RESET > restore all settings;
3, restore the factory settings;
4, backup good data to the nearby HUAWEI customer service center for overhaul.
