Honor Band 4 can no longer pair

Been using an Honor Band 4 for 8 months now. Has been working perfect connected to the Health app on my old phone and, for the last 3 months on my new phone.

Two days ago, I noticed that the Bluetooth icon on the Band 4 was faded/dimmed and the temperature was a dash (or two dashes).

Checked the app, and it seemed it was not connecting. Tried removing and re-pairing but the Band 4 could not be located. Tried resetting the Band 4 and uninstalling/re-installing the app. Still can't find the Band 4 when trying to pair.

Having reset, I can't even just use it as a watch.

Any idea how to re-pair?

Hi @bugrain, Try to turn on GPS on the phone, and try if the band pairs to other phones
