P20 PRO water damage

I just bought my P20 Pro for one month. One day, after big rainfall, my phone was splashed with the water. I did not care about it much. But until next day, the screen become gradually black and purple. And after two days, the screen become totally black. So, it is still under warranty. May I know how much the cost to replace it? Or do the manufacturer need to bear the cost since it is NOT WATERPROOF as it said.
