my phone was working fine until yesterday. It updated the software and now will not connect to our WiFi. I have turned off the WiFi on my phone and turned it back on, reset the router, turned my phone off and on again, cleared the cache, reset network settings nothing is working. We live in a blind spot for data coverage too so I can not access the internet other than on another device. It just keeps saying obtaining IP address then failed. Every other device connects fine.
Can anyone help? We are with Virgin media for internet
