I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until the end of the year as they will be currently very busy. If there's nothing by 2020 then you can make your own conclusions on how well they really support devices beyond the first 6 months. For now I wait in hope. @BarneyT @JackJ @Danjl
Hello again. I'm sure it's a busy time with all the new Huawei phones coming out but the Mate 20 series is only a year old and should still be getting ongoing support. Any news please on whether or not the technical teams are now aware of the issue?
Thanks for getting back to me I've sent a PM to your account. I sent the original message to @JackJ as he was the first to ask for a PM. I thought your original post in this thread implied you could read PMs that I'd sent to other Huawei forum staff.
Hello. I haven't received a PM regarding this issue as of this morning. It looks like the issue isn't unique to myself or even the Mate 20 Lite going by the other replies. Has this been passed onto the relevant technical teams to check? Let me know if you need more detail.
Hi is there any update on this? I provided my details via PM but never received anything back. I've just today got the 126.96.36.199 (C782E2R1P1) update but there still seems to be no where to change any settings related to EIS and the videos still appear to be shaky.
