P20 Pro - Google Now (Reminders)

Hello Huawei community,

I'm a new owner of the P20 Pro and I can say I like it !

I got only one major issue on it, I can figure out to enable Google Now things :

  • I want to be able to set reminders - when I try, it say you first need to enable Google Now (which seem activated, because I can ask stuff like weather or shopping.
  • I want to get up Google with "Ok Google" which actually does'nt work too.
Maybe you can help me to resolve my issue ?

Hi @valentin2105

You can set reminders from either Google assistant (swipe up from bottom corners) or from the Google feed (swipe left from home screen). Are these not working for you?

Thanks for your reply,
No it doesn't work. When I ask for a reminder, It answer "You first need to enable Google Now".

But all other questions work.

Pretty strange.
