Huawei GT Watch shows no record of activity

Hi there,

I recently got my new Huawei GT Watch and I really like it. BUT, I find that it never (as in NEVER) tracks any activity. By activity I mean the green little clock/stopwatch shown (between steps and amount of times you've stood up) when you swipe right 3 times from the homescreen.

I track "outdoor bicycle" everyday and occationally runs and use "Other" when I go workout in the gym. But, the number in Actitivy always stays ZERO at the end of the day.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Silas,

Try do the Activity with Watch, stop the Activity, end close.
Later, go to cellphone and pass the time 3 hours and check if you watch too pass the 3 hours. Certainly you activity record show in the watch display.
Me have this "bug" too.
Please, report to me if worked.

Tnx.
