Have problem to pair the clock to phone. When I press the V, notthing happen.

Have also try on IPhone 5s

I'm sorry to hear that regarding your watch pairing setup.
I would recommend you to unpair and reset the watch and try once again to pair it. Also I would recommend you to follow all the Health app steps regarding installing the next apps for pairing, Wear Os and Android Wear.

Download the Huawei Health app from the Google Play Store. (On Huawei phones, you can download the Huawei Health app from the AppGallery.) If you have already installed the Huawei Health app on your phone, make sure that it is updated to the latest version.
Open the Huawei Health app and follow the onscreen instructions to set it up. Then, go to Me > My devices > Add > Smart Watch and touch HUAWEI WATCH GT.
Touch Pair. The Huawei Health app will search for the watch automatically. Select HUAWEI WATCH GT–XXX from the list of devices. The watch will start to pair with your phone automatically.
When a pairing request appears on your watch screen, touchhttp://consumer-tkb.huawei.com/ctkb/ha-i/c0ce31_g9vxc.png, then confirm the request on your phone to complete the pairing.
